Perfect year

From this term in creative space, we have been learning to make our own song since this term is all about music. I first had to make lyrics with another teacher named Ms Parrant. I wrote about all the different memories that happened this year and then I put it in gemini to create a song. Then it created me a cool song that I could sing with my friends together to make it sound even more cool. After that I then had to make a beat that would go with my song so that I could sing with a cool background. I had to make the beat sound in sync with the lyrics so it could actually sound like a real song and I ended up liking it.Then after that me and my friends finnally got to sing the song that I made and w all matched. We made some mistakes but the song is still perfect because we tried ur best. My song is about 3-4 minutes long so me and my friends would love to take up that little amount of time for you to listen to the song that we sang. Please listen to the song and leave a positive blog comment about how good me and my friends sang it.

Summer, Serena, & Emilee Stop Motion

For the past two weeks me and my friends serena and emilee have been working on the stop motion video. It is when you make your movie move just by using photos. We used Imovie to make this video and it was really fun to do because it was easy to do. I could understand it well and we got to add a background noise to it. We also could add filters but we didn’t choose to and we add a beggining and end. For the beggining we put curtains to introduce the move and at the end we added a script of what ech of us did. The person who was taking the photos was Emilee, The designer was Serena. I was the editor who edited the video. While editing we all had to agree on the same thing and I was the one that controled it. the one who was moving the puzzles and stickman was Serena and then the person who was taking the photos of it was Emilee. At the start we had to pick our props we were gonna use and we used a stickman and also puzzle pieces. The stickman was building the puzzles together and it was very easy. Summer Sun, Earth and Moon.

Here is my voiceover I have made with Mrs Burton. I have been working on this project for the whole term and I made a video showing the Moon orbiting the Earth while the Earth orbits the Sun. In my video it will show my drawing and how I made it move and duplicate slides. My video is about how orbiting works in the solar system and what orbiting is. I hope you like my task because I have worked on it for nine weeks.

Scratch junior

Today I have finished my scratch project I have been working on this term and it is all about using coding. Coding is making your people move and control what they say or what they do. To do coding on scrath junior you need to insert blocks from the side of your screen to animate it. The blocks on the side of your screen is what helps coding and it also helps with people saying stuff and what happens with their actions. The blocks say things like “Ask” or “Say”. There is even answers and broadcasts. On the top of your screen there is a green flag that you can press to play the animation you have made. To make it work you need to press one of the numbers to see the animals animation. To stop it you can press the red stop sign at the top to pause it. On the parts where it says temperature, pulse, and respiration, you will have to answer those parts. When you answer it, it will tell you if its to high, to low, or if it is just fine. The respiration, pulse, and temperature part is what we focus on the most for animals in extension. Our main animals that we focused on in this project are Cows, Horeses, Wolfs, and Hen. Coding is all about making things work, moving them, making it look realistic so you can imagine that its real. When I did my first coding ever in Year 2, it was kind of hard for me, but now I understand it a bit more better now and I think that I can be able to help beginners with it so they can teach everyone else aswell. Another button in scratch is the wait ___ seconds button. It is for how long it will take to say it and also how long you will wait to answer it. All the different codes are Motion, Looks, Sound, Events, Control, Sensing, Operators Variables and my blocks.
